The most what I like about Raymond is that when he can do something he will say it “I can do it” and something he cannot “No I can’t do it”. This type of honesty is so critical in any business setting and will build a trust with customers. I’m so grateful for Raymond what he’s done for my car. Professional, attentive, careful and with some amount of great sense of humor. Update 2025: I bought a new car and ordered a package to do ceramic coating on the whole car, windows and headlights. Raymond didn’t disappoint. The car just flushes the rain water away like the car hasn’t been under the rain. Amazing stuff and 0 regrets. My friend recommended me to Sparkle Armor for the auto detailing. Raymond was very helpful and did a very good job on my car. Owner and staff are friendly and communicative. Wonderful and punctual service with care to details. My car was spotless, clean and comfortable after the team carefully handled it. After the cleaning, Raymond also gave some follow up tips for maintaining the car clean, which was absolutely informative and helpful.
